Q: Do you dismantle things to move?
A: Yes our movers will do any “handyman” type dismantling / reassembling needed. It’s free of extra charge (included) with Removals London 24.
Q: How does the hourly rate work?
A: We charge a 2 hours minimum and 30 minutes increments after minimum time.
Q: How much notice do I need for the booking?
A: One to three weeks notice is standard. The more notice you give us the more likely we’ll be able to book you in for the time that you require. However, You can book for the same day service if you like.
Q: Are you able to move large item through the window?
A: Yes, we take large items (if needed) in and out of Window/ Balcony.
Q: Can I ride with you?
A: Yes, Sure. As long as you booked man and van or removal van and 2 men. When you booked 3 men, then sorry.
Q: Do You Have To Tip your Movers?
A: No, You don't. We look after our teams. However please note, that our guys are working hard, and if you think that they deserve, it's always at your discretion.
Q: I live in area where parking is limited what should I do?
A: Make sure arrange parking for the van before your moving day. Inform your neighbours that you need the area clear for the removal van. If you live within parking permits can be obtained from the local council.
Q: I don’t know how many boxes I will need to do packing?
A: It’s depending on the size of your home. Please note that this may vary depending on how many possessions you have. Rough idea:
- Large kitchen approx 30 boxes
- Medium kitchen approx 12 boxes
- Three bedroom house approx 70- boxes
- Studio/One bedroom flat approx 20-30 boxes

Q: When and how do I pay?
A: You can pay by cash or cheque. All payments must be made on the moving day immediately after the service.
Q: How do I know they won’t stop on the way?
A: Our drivers are very efficient. As a rule, they will either follow you, or you can follow them to the next address. This way, you will always know what they are doing.
